| | $$625.00 - San Mateo - Share 2-Story Duplex in quiet Cul-de-Sac - San Mateo Hello, I am offering a 1 bedroom in a two-story duplex (2 bedroom 1.5 baths) in a quiet cul-de-sac area of San Mateo, south of 92 and west of El Camino. Close freeway access, walking distance to markets, Starbucks, etc. I believe place is about 1100 square feet. I am asking $625 plus half of utilities. The room will be available as early as August 15th but would like to rent by September 1, 2004. Also would like a 6-month term sub-lease to be signed and will need credit check/references. The house is furnished. However, if you have some furniture, let's talk and see what we can work with. Bedroom is not furnished (however can be). This is a cat friendly household, sorry no room for anymore. Cats are outdoor except for one older cat who is in and out. There is a 1 car garage where you could put up a desk and share space for study. RCN is available in the area, but not hooked-up, cable is also available in the area (house has hook-ups, but is not subscribed to at this time). There is also a half bath in the garage as well. Young at heart, meditate, works, like to garden. I like to go hiking and have a very spritual side of my life that is important to me. I live simply and would like someone who is on the quiet side and mature. I have no preference with either female or male. You will have your space. I work late mornings (10-6) so I believe sharing the bathroom wouldn't be a problem if you had an earlier or later shift.
